Growing up in the competitive gymnastics world, strength and flexibility conditioning was a key component of the sport. Tagged onto the end of every practice, it was the dreaded part of the day for most gymnasts. For me, I was the odd ball who actually looked forward to it. I was the girl who always strived to be faster and stronger than all the boys on the playground. This carried into my adult life, when I went on to pursue a career as a professional dancer and acrobat. Pilates and consistent regimented workouts have kept my body healthy and strong throughout the past 12+ years and has given my performing career the longevity I’d always hoped for.
I strongly believe the foundation of hard work, perseverance and dedication can not only help guide you to achieve your ultimate fitness goals, but also your overall health and well-being, both physically and mentally. I am excited to be here to help facilitate your fitness journey every step of the way!
